I used acrylic with a design because I didn't have any vellum.
I used CTMH textured cardstock and an embossing folder.. Sanded the paper. Use my spellbinders . (labels 11)
I added the flower and a cute little gem from Rox that I got at Up The Street . It looks like a pink tiger eye.

Sweet card-Didn't know CTMH had texture cardstock-I'll have to look into that with my local. Love the colors!
